Staying healthy doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy your meals.
We have put together an easy, healthy recipe for the whole family this Summer:
Ingredients: (serves 4)
2 chicken breasts cut into strips
1 crushed garlic clove
4 wholemeal flatbreads
4 tbsp greek yoghurt
1 red pepper finely chopped
1x avocado mashed
Mix the chicken with the lemon juice, cinnamon, garlic and oil, cover and leave in the fridge for one hour (cook straight away if needed but flavour may be weaker.)
Grill the chicken for around 5 minutes on either side and check if cooked (why not cook on the barbecue if the weather is nice!)
Warm the flatbreads on the grill or in the toaster.
Fill your flatbreads with the chicken and all your prepared vegetables.
Top with yoghurt and enjoy!
