Our PT’s motivate their clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients.

Our personal trainers also measure their clients strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments and prescribe accordingly.

Hi my name is Ed and I am loving my career in fitness. Helping people get enjoyment from there training is a great feeling!

My aim is to help you reach your goals, no matter what they are or how ambitious they may be. In my sessions you will stay motivated! I aim to make each minute accomplishing and enjoyable due to the varied levels of training my sessions offer… so don’t worry if you’re only beginning your journey as everyone starts somewhere.

In addition to the wide preferences my sessions will cater for, if you would like dietary information or training style suggestions I’m here to help. I can recommend a detailed diet plan that will fit with a training style that will work for you.
