Hi everyone! My name is Sye and I’m one of the personal trainers here at Glo Gym.
With a long career in sports and fitness, from football to basketball to athletics, and coming 3rd in under 18’s 100 metres sprint and triple jump in the north west. I know what it takes to maintain discipline and motivation to achieve results.
Sports and fitness have always been part of my life, so I want to help create the best version of you.
I take pride on unilateral training for muscular balance and symmetry, training limbs individually, rather than engaging both together. The aim of this is to strengthen both sides equally as you go forward, helping maximise results.

I am a Personal trainer and passionate fitness enthusiast, with 5 years’ experience working in various environments. I have extensive knowledge through my experience as a Personal trainer and through education as a sports scientist, this knowledge and experience incomplete without the opportunity to share with dedicated individuals looking to hit their goals.
I am passionate and thrive off helping people change their lives through fitness, whether it’s that beach body look, or your looking to build that booty or maybe your training for an event, regardless of which I can help.
I like to practice what I preach and like to keep myself in shape so don’t be surprised if I join in our PT sessions haha. I’m also a science space geek, just tell me to shut up when I start!
