I have 15 years’ experience working in the fitness industry and I’m passionate about getting you the results you want. I specialise in supporting lifestyle and behaviour change to help you lose body fat and transform your life.

I can also guide and support you with your nutritional needs to maximize your results.

I understand some people are apprehensive before exercising, so the sessions I provide are not only challenging and progressive but also enjoyable and completely individual to you.

You will see me around the gym floor and delivering classes so come and say hello!
