After your workout with your partner, and with your new joint fitness goals in mind you can tuck into this delicious meal for two with no guilt – or give yourself some love and enjoy this meal two nights in a row!
Healthy Pizza For Two:
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Simmer 1 tin of tomatoes in a shallow pan, add 2 chopped cloves of garlic, and leave to simmer for 15 mins.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until soft.
Roll out a wholemeal pizza base on greaseproof paper until very thin.
Top base with cooked tomato sauce (from earlier)
Arrange your preferred toppings (how about spinach, mushrooms, chicken and red onion?) and tear some mozzarella over the top.
Transfer pizza (still on greaseproof paper) to baking tray and cook for 10 minutes.
