Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Simmer 1 tin of tomatoes in a shallow pan, add 2 chopped cloves of garlic, and leave to simmer for 15 mins.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the onions until soft.
Using low weights and doing high reps is a great way to tone muscles and burn lots of calories.
