ATS is the competitive training arm of Oldham's learn to swim programme, allowing swimmers a structured pathway from paddling pool to international podium.
The Oldham Aquatics Swim Team and Advanced Training Scheme achieved Swim21 Accreditation at Skill Development and Competitive Development levels. We have 6 invidual athletes and two relay teams qualified for the summer's British champs. At the British junior disability champs we have had 5 gold medals and 2 silvers.
ATS now helps Oldham to provide professional coaching for every level of swimmer.
This season at Lancashire championships we had 83 finalists, 42 medals of which 11 bronze 20 silver and 11 gold.
